    A dream come true just happened for us here at Cink Art with the creation of a Washington DC themed wedding invitation ensemble! Although we love to create local Annapolis and Eastern Shore themed wedding stationery, we were waiting for the right opportunity to create invitations for a DC event. The Bride and Groom really wanted to feature the iconic buildings of the city, specifically the Nation’s Capital, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial and the Washington Monument and since sketches of buildings is one of our trademarks they came to Cink Art. The invitation suite colors are white, gold and black and the invitation features all the buildings in a skyline in gold ink. The invitation is mounted on a white shimmer pocket with a mirror gold back and each accessory card tucked into the pocket is printed with a building at the top in gold ink. All cards were printed in thermography - a great job by Laura Marr Printers. An antique map of Washington DC in Black and white was used for the envelope liner. We are excited to share this invitation design and look forward to the many DC themed wedding day-of accessories we will be doing for this gorgeous event. Thank you Claire and Ken for working with us!
